We pride ourselves on getting your orders to you with care, ensuring everything is packaged securely to minimise damage during transit.

Postage costs will vary depending on the weight of your order. Most lightweight items will incur a charge between  £3.00. For heavier items, postage and packaging (P&P) costs may be up to £5.99.

All items purchased from Created From Yarn will be posted 2nd class via Royal Mail. This means your order can typically take between 3-5 working days to arrive from the date of purchase. We carefully package all orders to avoid any minimal damage on their journey to you.

Returns & exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your knitting supplies from Created From Yarn. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, please read our policy on returns and exchanges below. Our goal is to ensure a smooth process for all our valued customers.

If you are unhappy with an item, we will be more than happy to assist you with either returning the item back to ourselves for a full refund or to exchange it for another item at the same price. Please note that all items are sold as seen on the website. Once items are in the hands of the delivery office, Created From Yarn will not be responsible for any damaged items during transit.
